Weekendddd!

The past few days, and the next few days have been and are going to be very busy for me. To recap my last week, I went to the Coldplay concert with my roommate at the Garden on Wednesday. We were in section 3 and had a wonderful time! The performance was unlike anything I had ever seen before. There were amazing laser shows, these orb like objects that hung from the ceiling and played back the concert as though it was a music video. A fellow Ambassador, Lisa, was also at the concert and wrote up a great review of it. Check it out here. I really wasn't a fan of their opening act Duffy. I found her voice to be extremely annoying in concert and her dance moves needed much improvement from her step-touch and snapping of the fingers. Ick. Maybe I'm too critical, but I just was not a fan.

I went home the following night and spent the weekend at home working at the hotel and playing with my puppy Ruby. For Halloween I had to work for a while, but we were allowed to dress up so I was a Roman Goddess which is only fitting because I'm Italian, and the hotel I work at has an Italian inspired theme. After work I hung out at home with my mom like I usually do every Halloween because it's her favorite holiday.

Sunday I went to the Rascal Flatts concert at Mohegan Sun with my best friend Melissa. This was the 3rd or 4th time I've seen them and each time they have been amazing! Coldplay and Rascal Flatts are obviously extremely different with one being rock and the other country, but I could watch them both play for hours and never get bored.

On Monday I have a huge 45 minute presentation for International Management about Central and South Asia, and I feel prepared in what I have to talk about, but I'm truly concerned for the rest of my group. We're set to meet tomorrow in the library and go over everything. I really wish the presentation was done already, but the other members still haven't finished their slides. I'm extremely nervous about this presentation because I don't want to fail. I'm not nervous about speaking in front of the class, I'm just worried about my other group members.

I have Office Hours this Saturday and Tuesday (yay Verteran's Day and not having class). Next Saturday, the 15th, is Suffolk's Open House so all the Ambassador's will be together and working. I'm also hopefully having a few friends over that night to relax, watch a movie, order some food; basically just have a good time.

I also CANNOT wait for Christmas. It's really my favorite holiday and I love putting up Christmas lights and decorations! I'm going to go home tonight, pop in Love Actually (the most brilliant and funny Christmas themed love story on the planet) and wait for my PeaPod delivery. It's going to be a fabulous night!

Enjoy a few pictures from Coldplay and Rascal Flatts. I can't wait to see them come around again!
